Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

Appointments require advance booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided once treatment has commenced.
If a client is deemed medically unsuitable on arrival, a reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

If Revive Drip Clinic cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a reschedule or refund.
